If you are not 100% satisfied, simply return product for replacement or prompt refund. (Customer must call with claim within 5 days of receiving damaged items.)

To be eligible for a refund, you must return your product to Home Porch in the same condition you received it, and the return must be postmarked within one week of receipt. Shipping and handling charges for returning the product are the responsibility of the buyer.

Depending on supply and demand, we reserve the right to replace item with one of equal or greater value at no additional cost.
